Shipping Policy
All items are shipped FOB our factory or distribution
centers.
Shipping charges are in addition to any prices listed
on our website.
Damaged Merchandise
While we make every effort to have your order arrive
safely, we cannot assume responsibility for damage
caused by the carrier. The responsibility for damage to
your order after it leaves our shipping dock rests
entirely with the carrier, whether damage is visible or
concealed.
Inspect your shipment immediately.
Insist that visible damages be indicated on all
copies of the freight bill or be noted by UPS.
Inspect your shipment within 5 days of
delivery and check for concealed damage.
In case of damage, notify the delivering carrier
immediately and request that an inspection be made.
Save
all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise!
Return Merchandise
All claims for defective merchandise must be made by
you to the carrier and reported to Fillmore Frames
within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
Do not return merchandise without prior
authorization and valid return Authorization number.
We will not accept returned merchandise from the
carrier unless our Return Authorization Number has been
issued and is clearly marked on the carton.
If the returned merchandise has not been authorized
by Fillmore Frames, and is inadvertently accepted, your
rights to a refund may be forfeited.
